Villa Paradise Cozumel is just that. A super quality, waterfront home located on the most transparent stretch of Cozumel’s famous Caribbean, yet and within walking distance to town & restaurants.

New construction with 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths: Master suite with sitting room, spa and dressing area, two additional bedrooms w/ bathrooms, and a large entertainment suite or bedroom, with kitchenette, terrace, and outstanding vistas of the Caribbean and the port of San Miguel.
The home’s waterfront area includes pool and terrace, deck for outdoor seating/dining, outdoor rinse shower and bathroom, a private boat dock (one of the very few on the island), and excellent snorkeling right along the shore.
